Getting to Door County

By Air:

The closest airport is in Green Bay: Austin Strauble International Airport.  Door County is about an hour away by car. 

You can also fly into Chicago (either Midway or O'Hare). If there is enough interest, a shuttle may be arranged from O'Hare to Door County on Friday afternoon. 

By Car:

Door County is a 5 hours drive (4 if you are Clare's Dad) from Chicago. You take 94 W (which goes North). This switches to 43 N in Milwaukee which you follow until exit 185 for Highway 57. Follow Highway 57 for an hour to arrive in Door County.

Door County child care is $15.00 to $18.00 per hour per sitter.

The Thoma Family Mrs. Becky Thoma (mother/ contact) 920-495-1628 Brenna, Elainea and Ben 3 sitters- Elana (honor student/ athlete) , Brenna (Martin Luther College) and Ben (honor student, athletic, fun and has 2 years experience babysitting great daytime assistant as extra for playtime, sports and games and helper). They are a beautiful family with 2 teachers as parents who live in Door County. They have worked for DCEP in the past with preferred reviews with variety aged children.

Tessa Gapinski  High School honor student at Notre Dame Academy, LOVES babysitting, has 7 siblings if more sitters are needed, she can have a sibling to join them.  She has her own car for transportation.
